These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of eyerod, the Solar Intelligence platform provided by Eyerod Teknoloji A.Ş. (“eyerod”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our web and mobile applications and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What eyerod is

eyerod is a project and asset management platform for utility-scale solar (GES) projects. It turns site data such as drone imagery, thermal and EL (electroluminescence) images and field records into quality inspection, construction progress and asset information. The Service supports technical and operational decisions; it does not replace on-site engineering judgment, electrical testing or certified inspection where these are required.

2. Accounts and access

  • Accounts are created for your organization under an agreement or order with eyerod.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at satis@eyerod.com.
  • Administrators in your organization control user roles and project permissions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful;
  • share access with people outside your organization without authorization;
  • operate drones or collect site data in breach of applicable aviation, privacy or site-safety rules.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the project data, imagery and files you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant eyerod the rights needed to host, process and analyze Customer Data in order to provide the Service, for example to generate maps, inspection results and progress reports. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Analysis results

Inspection findings, counts, progress figures and other outputs are produced from the data available to the Service and depend on its quality and coverage. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for acceptance, payment, warranty or safety decisions.

6. Fees

Paid use of the Service is governed by the pricing, billing and term set out in your order or agreement with eyerod. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur; we will communicate planned downtime where possible.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to eyerod and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you other than the right to use the Service as described here.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eyerod is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of outputs from the Service. Any further limits on liability are set out in your agreement with eyerod.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the application before they take effect.
